The 49 lessons are designed for children aged 5 – 11yrs, incorporating ‘hands-on’, practical activities for Design and Technology with the added dimension provided by Interactive Whiteboard Technology.Video clips are included to support design and make activities, demonstrate safe working practices and broadening investigations as children work through the design process.

A range of additional features including animation, voting, and printable reources for the teacher and children are incorportated in all units.

Written by David Jinks and Susan Scurlock based on ‘Jinks Technology’, Structures & Mechanisms IWR will support the delivery of Design and Technology in primary classrooms using appropriate tried and tested materials and tools.
